“Pat’s Apple Fritz” have been a staple at the Stratford Farmers Market for the last 12 years. The mother and daughter duo are happy with the reception they have been receiving since being part of the market experience every Saturday. Pat Smith and daughter Katherine, live on a farm on the outskirts of New Hamburg on Huron Street, and they also provide market patrons with deep-fried mars bars, hot apple fritters and many other apple products from their food trailer on wheels.
